Car replacement
While your car is being repaired, you can use a paid rental car, taxi, or vehicle-sharing service:
- rental car — provided by BALTA partners for the number of replacement car days specified in the policy. The rental car will be delivered and picked up at a location convenient for you;
- taxi services — according to the number of replacement car days specified in the policy, up to a maximum of 20 euros per day;
- vehicle-sharing services (car, bicycle, electric scooter) — according to the number of replacement car days, up to a maximum of 20 euros per day.

24-hour roadside assistance
We will assist you if your company car has a problem on the road, be it a flat tyre, using incorrect fuel, a minor incident, or any other similar event. Just one call on 67533375, and our support team will come to your rescue! The service includes:
- advice by phone, including help filling in the European Accident Statement;
- on-site technical assistance, such as changing a wheel or opening a crushed door;
- evacuation to a car repair shop if help cannot be provided on the spot;
- taxi service to take the driver or passengers to their destination;
- hotel expenses if the accident happened outside Latvia.

Accident insurance
If the vehicle’s driver or passengers are injured in an accident, we will pay compensation for:
- temporary incapacity to work, i.e., the period during which the injured person will be unable to perform their duties;
- temporary incapacity to work, i.e., the period during which the injured person will be unable to perform their duties;
- injuries or disorders directly caused by the accident;
- disability if the health disruptions caused by the accident are permanent;
- death of the injured person.
