Your opinion is important to us at BALTA because it allows us to continuously improve the quality of our services and customer experience.

Please provide your feedback using the most convenient contact method:
- fill in the online application form;
- send an e-mail to [email protected];
- call 67522275 or, in the case of a claim, 67533375;
- visit one of our branches across Latvia in person;
- send a letter by post to: AAS BALTA, Skanstes iela 25, Riga, LV-1013.

lease include the following information in your review to ensure it is dealt with as quickly as possible:
- the name of the applicant or the name of the company if the applicant is a legal person;
- the policy or claim file number (if applicable);
- a detailed outline of the reference and the requirements you wish to claim;
- contact details for replying (email address or telephone number).
We will reply to the feedback as soon as possible, but within no more than 20 days. If the response takes longer, we will inform you in good time and give you an estimate of how long we expect the processing of the feedback to take.
We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns about our response or decision.
If you are not satisfied with our response or decision, you have the right to appeal to:
- Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Latvia (LTAB);
- Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC);
- Ombudsman of the Latvian Insurers Association;
- Latvijas Banka.
